SALES TAX Current California sales tax is 8.25% and is added to each order at the time of checkout. RETURNS + EXCHANGES At guinevere, we simply want you to be happy with your purchase. If any guinevere.guink.com website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) in the original, unused condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly exchange your item or refund the purchase price via the original purchase method. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. We do not accept COD returns. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We prefer returns be sent to guinevere via US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation (for tracking purposes).
